Copyright Policy

How we handle copyright infringement claims under the DMCA.

AVORA TECH COMPANY LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy describes how we handle claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content transmitted or stored via our Software infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a "Notice of Alleged Infringement" to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your notice must include:

  • A signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location.
  • Your contact information (Address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement of "good faith belief" that the use is not authorized by the owner or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.

3. Counter-Notification

If you receive a notice that your content was removed due to a copyright claim, and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. We will process counter-notifications in accordance with the requirements of the DMCA.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
